Deleted empty node from when I made the Bowers Hill interchange; Modern day (5/2025) geometry of Portsmouth Blvd from I664 to Court Street, and Court Street from County to Portsmouth Blvd based on Bing Imagery with 2022 set as an arbitrary start date.

I-64 Between the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel and Northampton Blvd with present day (5/2025) geometry w/o ramps using Bing Imagery. 2022 has been set as an arbitrary start date.

Added a couple buildings present on Sanborn Maps with building details, and an approx. section of rail present on Gray's.
