Adjusted La Florida boundaries. Spanish controlled the Mobile District until 1813 and the rest of the Florida wasn't officially under US jurisdiction until 1821.

Addressed Fix Me issues. West Florida Republic did not become part of Orleans until 1812 and was not part of the state of Louisiana for a short time.
