Various corrections (and a few optimisations) to borders in the Balkans, including various itterations of the Ottoman Empire, the Russian Empire, Serbia and Bulgaria.

Very basic (rough and imprecise) correction to the Moldavia-Wallacia border

Added basic (rough and imprecise) versions of the Russian Tarnopolsky Krai, the Austrian Tarnopoler and Czortkower Kreise, and the river Strypa. Boundaries from 1860s survey; extents of Kreise before 1850 and Russian Krai based on various other sources.
