Adjusted border the Netherlands (1815-39) and Belgium (1830-39) to include Neutral Moresnet and removed it from the Prussian Rhine Province (and Niederrhein). Added a label to Neutral Moresnet.

Added the Netherlands 1815-39 (i.e. when the Netherlands recognised Belgian independence). Also added a start_date to some sections of the French coast.

Added Luxembourg (both the Grand Duchy and Belgian province) between 1815 and 1940. I am unsure when the province took on its modern boundaries but it seems to have remained essentially unchanged until at least the 1960s (latest map I checked)

Roughly mapped out the boundary of the Napoleonic Free City of Danzig with Prussia and added several additional itterations of Prussia between 1742 and 1795

Roughly added Principality of Neuchâtel/Neuenburg and added it to Prussia where appropriate. Added labels to various Swiss entities.

Improved Brandenburg-Silesia border slightly. Cleaned up pre-1742 Brandenburg border to use Silesian ways. Added Silesia relation for 1742-1815. Removed Silesia from the Empire (after 1742) and changed admin_level to 1 (I don't know if that works).
