Improved border between Bukovina and Galicia and Lodomeria (and by extension Poland-Lithuania, Interwar Poland etc.) As far as I can tell the borders were defined based on the pre-partition Poland-Moldavia border and remained the same until at least WWII.

Roughly corrected various offset ways (presumably accidental edits). Fixed various relations. Made very rough corrections to Bukovina. Added Bács-Bodrog county and 1850s Croatia.
